Facia's, Soffits and Bargeboards

When it comes to replacing fascias, soffits, and bargeboards, we do not merely cover them with thin capping board, which would only allow moisture problems to reappear. The area must dry out completely to eliminate these issues. Based on our experience, we remove all existing timberwork, expose the rafter feet, and conduct an inspection. 

If there is any moisture or rotting present, we replace and treat the timbers with wood preservative. We also replace the tilt fillets if necessary. After that, we fix our maintenance-free UPVC fascia boards, bargeboards, and new-look cladded style soffit boards. Finally, we install the guttering and downpipes, which come in various styles, such as half round, square flow, deep flow, and Ogee, and colors to complement your home. 

For older properties, there is now a very realistic-looking PVC cast-iron effect available. We can also repair your roof, be it a single tile or a completely new roof installed by our qualified roofers.
